We are proud to feature new work from the following artists:
Lessa Shear Lessa Shear is a Rhode Island–based mixed-media artist whose ocean-inspired work reflects a lifelong passion for beachcombing, incorporating materials like sea glass, driftwood, shells, and stones into imaginative, emotionally evocative pieces. Her environmentally conscious practice transforms these natural elements into unique scenes and is showcased through regional art markets, galleries, and exhibitions across New England. Michael Rosenblum Rhode Island glass artist Mike Rosenblum is a retired software engineer, and loves to create unique blown glass art. Each piece is one of a kind. His works reflect years of study and refinement—shaped by his training at the Corning Museum of Glass and a deeply meditative, collaborative process with the material itself that explores form, light, and color. Nora Ollman Nora Miller is a local artist whose interest in art started at an early age with pencil sketching. After an accident in 2011, she had time during her recovery to reflect on some of her priorities in life and decided to dedicate time each week toward pursuing her interest in watercolor painting. Inspired by the natural environment around her, her watercolor paintings capture the light, texture and beauty of the animals and landscapes and family we all enjoy. |
